Easy Cash List Building System Terms
By registering for Easy Cash List Building System you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.
Unless you received prior permission from Easy Cash List Building System, you may only register for one Easy Cash List Building System account.
You may not promote Easy Cash List Building System in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Easy Cash List Building System in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your Easy Cash List Building System account and possible legal action.
Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Easy Cash List Building System. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Easy Cash List Building System is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.
URL Rules
Before submitting a URL to Easy Cash List Building System, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your Easy Cash List Building System account may also be deleted.
*No sites with illegal activity.
*No frame-breaking sites.
*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.
*No adult content.
*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms.
*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.
*No PTP sites.
*Easy Cash List Building System has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.
Member Account, Password and Security:
To open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the Registration Form. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Easy Cash List Building System immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. If your account is inactive for 30 days or more, your account may be suspended or deleted. We reserve the right to delete your Easy Cash List Building System account at any time if you break our terms of service or we feel you are detrimental to our family community.
As part of our terms of service, you have agreed to receive our e-mails. Any bounced emails will cause the immediate suspension of your account.
Member Privacy:
It is the policy of Easy Cash List Building System to respect the privacy of it's members. Easy Cash List Building System will not monitor, edit or disclose any personal information about you or your use of the Service, including it's contents, without your prior permission unless Easy Cash List Building System has a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of Easy Cash List Building System.com; (3) enforce the TOS; or (4) act to protect the interests of it's members or others. (5) Easy Cash List Building System reserves the right to use member images in advertising or press releases for the site. This may include but is not limited to affiliate earnings.
General Disclaimer:
A) Easy Cash List Building System reserves the right to refuse any advertisement and/or website that we feel is inappropriate. This includes but is not limited to extreme adult content, pornography, racial or hate issues, vulgar language or profanity, illegal content, inappropriate images and violence. Member sites must be in English to ensure content meets the above limitations. Any site which interrupts smooth surfing will be suspended. These include, but are not limited to; frame breakers, exit pop ups and agent pop ups. A member who continues to add these sites will be banned.
B) Members who are caught cheating the system will be suspended and any commissions will be removed from their accounts.
C) All members are eligible to receive commissions.
D) Keeping sites in rotation is the life blood of a traffic exchange. We reserve the right to assign site views listed in members accounts.
E) Members may not resell advertising earned at Easy Cash List Building System; this includes site views, banner ads or text ads.
F) Using bot software is strictly prohibited for surfing Easy Cash List Building System. Any member found to be using bot software will be suspended without notice.
G) Only one member account per person. Members who sign up for multiple accounts will be suspended.
H) You may not sell/trade any site views that you have earned in any way. You may not re-sell any Easy Cash List Building System site views that you have purchased or earned unless you are the owner of the co-op. *Member based Co–ops which resell or trade traffic are not allowed as this constitutes the re-purposing of Easy Cash List Building System earned or purchased traffic.
Governing Law:
THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY SALES HEREUNDER SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF AL, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. THE CUSTOMER CONSENTS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE FEDERAL OR STATE COURTS LOCATED IN Autauga COUNTY, IL FOR PURPOSES OF ANY SUIT, ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF THIS SALE AGREEMENT.
General Legal Disclaimer:
Easy Cash List Building System HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
I and anybody else who helped us create, produce, or deliver the site are not liable for any damages you suffer when you use it. In particular, this disclaimer includes direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the site.
Any changes made to the Terms of Service can be made without notice and all members will be bound to follow.

If you did not find your answer, you can ask admin by submitting a support ticket. We will answer your questions asap. In a rare circumstance, it may take up to 24 hours but usually your questions will be answered very quickly.
REFUND POLICY
Easy Cash List Building System provides a digital advertising product and service. Due to the nature of the product and service there will be NO REFUNDS provided. Easy Cash List Building System does not guarantee results from using our product as this is solely the responsibility of the user.
Easy Cash List Building System is in no way associated with any payment processor and merely uses them to process payments for advertising purchases.
Furthermore, Easy Cash List Building System will not be held responsible or liable for any problems, damages, or losses that may occur with regard to a member's direct association with any payment processor and any other aspects of their account. If any member cancels their Free Ad Swap account, that member will be responsible for canceling any subscriptions member may have withEasy Cash List Building System through the payment processor source. Member MUST go to the payment processor and cancel the subscription otherwise the monthly fees will continue. YOUR Payment Processor account is YOUR responsibility!
Easy Cash List Building System will not issue any refunds for credits purchased or for failure to cancel services. Subscribed members must login monthly to receive the monthly credit allotment which comes with the subscription.
Your relationship to Easy Cash List Building System is one of an independent contractor and/or customer. No employee-employer relationship is created by your use of the Service. You do not have any obligation to refer new members to the Easy Cash List Building System Program. Easy Cash List Building System HAS NO OBLIGATION TO OFFER THE SERVICE OR OTHER PROMOTIONS TO YOU.
